Not Another Spiffy is a blended saison made with all Ontario grain, aged in American and French oak, fermented with a mixed culture of wild yeast and then bottle conditioned.
A light, fun, and funky saison with a nice dry finish and notes of pear, tropical fruit, and vanilla.
